The optimistic model assumes 80% utilisation of the centre and the pessimistic model assumes 50% utilisation.
Optimistic model – dividend payout cumulatively for the first 5 years – 19 600 USD (with 10% dividend tax deducted). Thereafter, annual dividends – about $6,500 (without dividend tax deduction, tax rate depends on residency).
Moderately optimistic model – dividend payment cumulatively for the first 5 years – $16,550 (net of tax). Thereafter, annual dividends – about $5,400 (without deduction).
Moderately pessimistic model – dividend payout cumulatively over the first 5 years – $13,450 (net of tax). Thereafter, annual dividends – about $4,400 (without deduction).
Pessimistic model – dividend payment cumulatively for the first 5 years – $10,800 (net of tax). Thereafter, annual dividends – about $3,500 (without deduction).
Very pessimistic model – dividend payout cumulatively over the first 5 years – $10,000 (net of tax). Thereafter, annual dividends – about $2,400 (without deduction).
If the negative model is triggered, dividends are paid only after loans and loan interest are paid to all guaranteed contracts (Option 2 and Option 3). The remaining profits are distributed among the partners and may be negligible or non-existent in the negative scenario. Should a partner wish to sell their share or as a result of a company liquidation, they are entitled to 0.6% of the company’s assets (land, buildings and all other assets).
5-year partnership
Dividends on net profits per year, starting from the moment the centre is operated, and full return of the investment body after 5 years.
The optimistic model assumes 80% utilisation of the centre and the pessimistic model assumes 50%.
