5-year partnership

We offer three options for investment participation in our project. They are characterised by different levels of involvement in the project and different levels of profitability.
A 5-year partnership is a variant more tied to participation in the company’s profits. If the business develops according to an optimistic scenario and the planning horizon is 5 years, this is an extremely favourable option. In the case of a minor scenario, this option is not so bad either, even in a negative scenario there is profit. Pros: guaranteed repayment of the loan and the highest return on the horizon of 5 years. Minus: in case of a pessimistic scenario, the return on capital is low.
The other two options for co-operation are: partnership for good and a 5-year partnership with a guarantee.
